Brother doing acts of fraud in company and making me a part of it

My cousin worked in an insurance company as manger. He asked me to attend training, I went and attended training. Later I got to know he shown me as an employee and earned salary my behalf. I never visited that company again. After few years I got to know he opened 4 more accounts nd doing fraud. As brother relation I asked him to surrender me all fraud documents. I got msgs that keep minimum balance in bank account else will close accounts. I kept 10k in each accounts to keep them alive for evidence. I want to know whether I am in position to take legal action on him or not?
The acts that you say have been committed by your brother requires to be scrutinised to ascertain the extent of your involvement I suggest you take legal advice on the same. File an FIR in Police Station and book him for offences punishable under ss. 120B(Punishment of criminal conspiracy), 416(Cheating by personation) , 420(Cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property), 468(Forgery for purpose of cheating) and 471(Using as genuine a forged) of IPC for opening or causing to open fictitious bank accounts along with forged documents, operating it in your name by using ATM/debit Card, internet banking and so on.
