If your employment bond is over and you are trying to move out of the company by the contractual procedure which is laid down there in the employment agreement which is in between you and your employer then no action can be taken by the company in against you of any sort in future.

In case your employment agreement contained a bond, upon its completion, the company cannot bind you further beyond the notice period. However, a more clear legal opinion can be provided upon analysing the agreement and terms of bond.

Well if all restrictive conditions have been satisfied by you, I see no reason why you cannot leave the job without attracting any action from the employer. However, I would suggest you share details of your employer, you appointment letter/ contract for service and the bond for a detailed analysis. Further, bonds such as the one you described are per se not good in Indian law.

Subject to the conditions mention in the bond you may leave the company. Company may take action if the conditions of bond is violated. Sometime they say you wont work in similar area. Clauses needs to be examined for detailed opinion.

No company can not take legal action against you for leaving the job after giving due notice period to the company. But you have to be conscious that you should not reveal confidential information of the company to any third person.

You may leave the company upon having completed your bond period. The notice you serve must be in terms of the conditions of your appointment, i.e you must serve the notice period before quitting/resigning. Legal action that the company may take depends upon the terms of your appointment and of any violations thereof.
