Absence on serious medical ground in service how to save job

I have join current organisation May 2010 and continue till oct 2014. in year 2011 and 2014 i have survived from stroke. in 2011 i have taken two month leave on medical purpose and join my duty after doctor approval. in 2014 my health was seriously ill and some nurological problem has been started and doctor detect the real problem at first week of jan 2015 and advice me take rest due to my health condition. in 2016 doctor advice me you are medically fit now. in between my current organisation HR send me a discontinuation letter mid of nov 2014 and stop my wages. I have intimate my reporting boss about my illness at that time but no other communication takes place at that time. Now last week I have send a detail mail to HR division asking settlement of the pending discontinuation issue. They ask me what kind of settlement do you want? My question is what should be my valid answer?

Dear Querist,

Since you had already informed to the company regarding your absence due to medical grounds, you are entitled to your pay for the period of work you have done and also entitled to other benefits as per the Employment Agreement. Enumerate all the details accordingly and file a statement of Claim against the company and also mention that in case the company does not settle the dues then you shall be constrained to take both civil & criminal action against the company in accordance with law.

You should consult with your service Regulations.There must be provisions for dealing with incidence of long absence from duty on medical ground.Be cautious lest your career is suffered owing to your stated ailment.Contact lawRato for further instructions.
