Preschools can be setup as a for-profit or not-for-profit enterprise. If the promoters wish to operate the preschool as a for-profit enterprise, then it is advisable to incorporate a private limited company or a Limited Liability Partnership. In case the promoters wish to operate the preschool as a not-for-profit enterprise, then a Section 8 Company or a Trust can be registered.

There are several rules and law applicable which may be applicable to a school depending upon various factors such as location, number of staff, etc.

While you are providing a services regarding in the matter of Started independent play school for your own brand name. So you can easily register a proprietorship (basically this will a great idea to register this) and regarding for Company (for a single person company is not useful) and as per Trademark for Services, it is also to protect your own brand name for providing services to Children while for Playschool.
