Want to understand the reason of objection by Examiner report of my TM

My trademark has a word mark and a logo (graphical not text). The logo image does not include the word mark (as text) within it. Examiner Report stated the grounds of objection as mentioned below: >> Other Objections/Requirements/Conditions/Restrictions Objected, It appears more than one mark on the label by way of filing TM-16, So you are required to confine your mark, and on receipt of the same application will be further examined. Kindly advise what may be the reason? Do I need to include the Word Mark as text below or above my logo image and submit a TM-16? Is this the reason?
