Someone is copying our website design and has somehow got access to our client database and is marketing them. How should we stop them?
You may send them a cease and desist legal notice stating the facts and seeking the financial loss suffered by you due to their illegal act.
In case the legal noitice does not yield the desired result, you may then file a suit for infringement of copy right (among other grounds) and ask for a permanent injunction (court order requiring the other side to stop what they are doing).
