Is it possible to make the contract void if directors intention bad.

hello ,My question is i applied for a trademark i have got the confirmation that my application submitted and decision is pending.during that i signed a stamp paper stating that i am transferring that trademark to company in which i am director as well.Now i feel like i dont want to do that since i found out that other directors are not having good intention so i want to void the contract.Is it possible to void the contract? and if not then what are the other ways?

Dear Sir,

Kindly provide your trademark details as the above is not sufficient to advice precisely in legal manner.
Note, rights conferred by registration through Sec 28 of Trade mark Act, 1999 and transmission of title is mandatory to register under this Act.
