I want to open a grocery website xyz.com  but in our town there is grocery store with name " xyz" so is there any problem to open a website looking like using someone else name?

You will have to check whether the name of store is registered under trademark act or not. if it is not registered you can also use the same name in any type of business. Otherwise you will be caught under trade mark act.

This will require a detailed search into the the rights owned by party running the store with the name xyz and their date if first use and their extent of use. It could be an issue to start a website by that name. Fix a voice call or video call for a detailed advice
