Company removed me from project and hired another architect

I am Architectural Consultant by profession and I have done Residential Project for MHADA in Sindhudurg district (Kokan Region). After sanctioning of this project under my name they have removed me and project is offered to another Architect who then took the permission for next one more floor and trying to make changes in earlier sanction work of project without my NOC. I have not received any remuneration and credit for my work till date. What should be my course of action.
The Service Agreement for architectural consulting services executed between MHADA & you needs to be legally vetted to comment on the matter. Clauses related to remuneration, termination et al would be relevant.
