My question is that I see lot of bands and artists are copying and remixing videos and songs of some other company's and posting them on YouTube like a new and fresh video ... is this allowed ... if no what action the original company can take against the imposters ...
The original song composer, writer and singer can bring up a case of counterfeit in case their songs has been used to bring up a new version proclaiming it to be the brand new song or the remix or anything like that.
To do so, you are required to take permission from the original song composer, writer and singer.

Hello, copyright owner can take an action anytime, Provided that where copyright or performer's right subsists in respect of any work or performance that has been broadcast, no licence to reproduce such broadcast shall take effect without the consent of the owner of rights or performer, as the case maybe, or both of them.

A person (legal or biological) can take action by informing the other party of infringement. Then serve a notice for video removal . In case a person has much content he/can engage with google content verification program
See it is not essential to get a copy right registered for a claim but I understand it is difficult for vloggers to file for every video but inserting some mark in video or engaging with google will develop the ground of the claim that said person owns the video

Hi, it is piracy and prohibited in law. The original maker of video/audio can sue the duplicator criminally and for the damages also under the copy right law. However, if the duplicator is doing generic work or the with the permission of original maker, the same is permissible.
