Can we use content produced by one manufacturer in our website

We would like to use contents, images of products manufactured by OEMs to list their product list on our website and pick it up from their respective websites where all the information is on public domain. What is the legal procedure for the process. Also we will have to display the OEMs logo on our website along with their product. Need help for the above.
Dear sir,
For using the images of OEMs you are required to have a license or assignment from them, without which you can't use the name nor there products or image as the same shall be infringement of the right of OEMs and action shall rest against you.
