Can tattoos and designs be registered under copyright act

I want to register tattoos and designs and out of which desgins would be applied to goods and might be services means it would be applied on the clothes and other goods which are not clear yet, so the question is would it get register under copyright act or design act
Hi. You can register it under both. For application to goods and for applying the designs by form a tattoo. It is safer to get protection under both the IPRs simultaneously for the best and highly secure protection.
