If this particular brand name belongs to you, then you can do it to the extent where it does not loose it distinctive nature, and also these changes have to be notified to the TM registrar. Whereas, if this does not belongs to you, it will amount to gross violation of the exclusive rights of TM holder and it may cost you huge amount of damages. Hence, it is suggested that you should not change it if it does not belongs to you.

Certainly. If you own the brand and the logo, you can use the same in whichever way you wish but not in any manner that may look similar to any other known or registered brand/ trade mark. But make sure that you have the logo and the brand name registered in all its major combination styles for complete protection under law.

It is advisable to opt for a different brand name. It will not only allow easier registration of the rights around your brand but also avoid any infringement of rights of other parties.

Always have a trademark search done by a professional before adopting brand names.

Hello, the logo and brand name can be used exactly registered for trademark, cannot change after registration or getting trademark certificate.
The goal of a brand name is to provide an easy to recognize and remember name that evokes a positive response in consumers. So it should be same logo and style. Now registration is very easy and cost effective.
