Can a copyright infringement case be withdrawn once filed in court?

Can a copyright criminal case can be withdrawn at any stage before the judgement ? ( i.e ) After FIR is it possible to withdraw the case if the disputes is settled outside ?
Hi,
It is possible to settle the case out of Court and with the consent of the parties the case can be closed at the discretion of the Court. After FIR, the matter can be closed as withdrawn but as said earlier at the discretion of the Court.
