Working account for 13 years now bank is saying there is name mismatch

What legal remedy is available to me if d bank after 13 years of accepting cheques & nefts into d account, now says d name is mismatched. For 13 years it has accepted & acknowledged copies of my passport & pan card and after this issue cropped up d bank has asked me to get numerous documents incl letter from employer, Business licence, PAN card, Passport for all of which I have obtained acknowledgements. I have written over 10 to 15 email communications to d bank none of which have been replied to except to say they are looking into the matter. 15 months hv elapsed. Cant deposit cheques/nefts.

You can file a consumer complaint against the bank regarding the harassment and mental torture and agony you are facing due to a problem created by bank. You can also file for RTI asking for the mismatch details if it's a public service bank.
