Where to proceed legally consumer court or labour court?
04-Jan-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
After 60 days of senior level employment the Food Company requested for the resignation. Now, as a renege on the signed Employment Contract they aren't paying the 2 month salary towards Notice Period. Also, Travel Expenses aren't paid for 2 months.
You need to go to the labour court since u are filing a complaint on the bases of being a employee not a consumer.Labour court is meant of complaints in relation to the employees and the organisation or an employer.

As you are employee of the company and not a consumer you have to proceed for recovery of your dues with the labour court and not with the consumer court. Consumer Court entertains complaints of the consumers and for disputes between company (employer and employee and employee and employee the forum is industrial and labour court.
