What to do if company not wiling to refund my money on cancellation ?

I gave a agency 77 thousand for processing the visa for Canada. Due to some family reasons, i am not wiling to visit. On asking of refund they are not returning the money. Before signing the final agreement i asked for refund. What action can i take against them?
Dear Sir/Madam, if you have payment proof to paid the money to agency and if you signed the terms and conditions of agreement/documents it will subject to refund that amount which you paid. Before going to file the case you have to issued a legal notice to said agency for refund the amount, if not comply the demand legal notice, thereafter you have to file civil suit for recovery of money against the said agency before the jurisdictional civil court.
