Would like to know how to approach builder for delay charges. how to enforce RERA to the builder in Karnataka. Would like to start slap a notice to the builder . we are about 400 buyers who became home less now.

Yes we can slap a legal notice on him and can file consumer complaint for damages compensation and flat delivery. RERA is not yet commenced fully. If u contact me with papers can take necessary steps immediately . Delay will cause problematic
