What is the law for flat cancellation for customer

as per builder , mentioned in agreement 10 % deduction & service tax amount total 6 lacs deduction for 54 lacs flat , upto date 50 % amount 25lac& stamp duty registration paid please give suggestion for flat cancellation any law for customer

It seems that you intend to cancel the Agreement for Sale which you have entered into with the Builder/Promoter. The facts of deduction of 10% and other details provided by you require clarifications. You have not stated the reason for cancelling the Agreement. For cancellation of flat original agreement ( which was signed by builder and your self ) is the key to most of the queries.
We will have to check the same. Generally if their is any unfair trade practice followed by builder you can approach consumer Forum for this.
