What can be done to recover money from online shopping website

on 11.12.2016 i had ordered mobile coolpad note 5 from www.sabbuy.com and payment made by paytm wallet of 10399 rs but till now i not get my product on my mention address give best suggestion for this problem.
The first thing you can do is send a legal notice to company from any advocate once will you send a legal notice company will definitely take som action. Still they dont take any action they you can file a consumer Complaint in district consumer forum.

With regard to none delivery of the product you can opt following two option-
1. Lodged FIR with cyber Police Station.
2. Send Registred notice for claiming refund alongwith damages under Consumer Protection Act, 1986.
