What are my options if my institute lies in the prospectus about AICTE
06-May-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
I had passed PGDPM from a Kolkata based institute in 2006. In prospectus it is written aicte approved and as equivalent to MBA. But in aictr site it not shows.
If you have been admitted to the said university/institution then you can file a complaint in the Consumer Redressal Forum.

Dear sir, you are not sure that your institution approved from AICTE or not? You Clarence please made a RTI application to AICTE. If they your answer in negative then you can send a legal notice to the institution authority for your fee refund with interest or any relif which do you want. If he didn't take the matter seriously then you can take a legal action against him..
