What action against person who promised services for certain amount?
21-Dec-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
Booked a photographer for 8 thousand rupees. But when asking for photo album he is asking for 4 thousand rupees more. What action can i take against him?
You may lodge a police complaint against him under the various provisions of Indian Penal Code, 1860 like criminal breach of trust etc, but you also need the documentary evidences to prove these all. In case of further assistance you may call me.
