Want refund of payment as the project was too late

i want cancell my booking in builder flat but builder neither respond nor cancel my booking as 20% booking amount will deduct and rest close the loan but they didnt respond on my request . The builder name is MSA circuits height. kindly help me!
In this case you can send them a legal notice and state your demands and concerns. If they donot comply with your demands then you can file a suit in the cosumer forum under the provisions of Consumer Protection act . however you can also file a civil suit under the provisions of cpc.
