Vehicle not duly serviced during warranty period now facing issue

I had a service issue with an Automobile Dealer in Bangalore. They didn't serviced my vehicle properly during warrenty period and now I am facing issue and they are starting that it's out of warranty.Can I Sue the Manufacture and Dealer.Their parts are not available open market so I have to go to Dealer only.its 4 Wheeler.

If you believe due to wrong servicing or no proper servicing at the end of dealer you are facing problem and you have atleast few documentary proof for that, you definitely have a good case.

And also for manufacturing defect surely you can approach the consumer court.

Dear Sir/Madam, Yes, you have every right to sue the against the Dealer within during period of warranty regarding service if they failed to do so. You have to collect relevant proof for the same, and thereafter you have to issued a legal notice against them, if they failed to comply the same, you have to file petition before the district consumer forum for the same... if you want my legal service I will do it.
