Urbanclap threatening customer with criminal action and defamation

I engaged a lawyer seeking legal assistance through Urbanclap website.He collected high feed promising many legal notices/petitions,police complaint draft against a plot seller ,attending police enquiry etc.No response erom police after two months of police complaint.Hence I approached for further action in case.But he is evading that he had completed case.Whe I had given my review in urbanclap website thro which I came to know about The lawyer ,i am threatened with criminal complaint and defamation suit .He has cheated promising legal actions but left without completing.
you can file a complaint with the Bar Council of Delhi or Bar Council of India as well against the lawyer. kindly go through the urban clap terms and conditions and if the problem falls under there terms and conditions you may file a consumer case along with a criminal complaint against them for threat and deficiency of service by them.
