You have to provide proper postal address of the opponent party for issuance of notice from the court and the postal acknowledgement has to be returned to the court with delivery acknowledgement then only it is considered that it is delivered to the opponent party and court will take further steps in the court otherwise court cannot come to the conclusion that the notice is received by the opponent.Hence, you have to check with your advocate about the same otherwise ask for hand summons with the court if you know the address then it can be served by you through the help of court. You have to follow the procedure instead of blaming the court for delay.

The opposite part will have his company registered on an address, which you can get it in MCA website. Or you can contact me or any CA for the same to get the registered address. That address cannot be changed. And share that address with the court.

OR tell your advocate to take hand summons so that you can give the notice by hand.
