University is not giving details of my results and cheated.

8 months Ago a Educational Institute Situated at West Delhi was calling me saying we can arrange master degree with money. They had charged me 47000/- for MBA from uttar pradesh university but after 1.5 month they were unable to get from this university and we will arrange from another university Shobhit university they returned me 7000/- and remaining money was a fees of university. They had told me u dont to have to give exams. After that they are not responding me of calls & e-mails. Now the university has declared my result is not showing there in web They cheated me. what legal action
