Firstly nobody can make any promise of this type, if at all they make one, it indicates that they are fraud. Nobody can cure the ailment fully at any given point of time without the cooperation of patient and other external factors.
It was you mistake to go into such blind faiths.
Well, tell me whether they have given anything in writing that they guarantee for complete cure within one year and the conditions to be followed by the patient to achieve it?, If there is any such evidence you may drag them to consumer forum provided you satisfy that you have adhered to all the conditions stipulated therein.
