Transporter not delivering my articles what can we do

i am from haryana and doing job in jammu. i contected a movers and packers website shipler.in, they transfered my order to a vender. he picked up my bike on 25/5/2016 and said i will send it to jammu after 6 day. after 6 day bike was not dilivered to me. he is telling lies and not picking up my phone. i have not recieved bike after 14 days. can take legal action against him
There are two sides to your case. One is your availing of services of the website you have mentioned and second your experience with the vendor. If you haven't received your bike and fear that it will not be delivered considering the time elapsed and taking into account any communication with the vendor you will have to file an FIR and pursue a criminal case against them. But if it is a case of only delay in delivery you must approach the Consumer Court and make both the website and the vendor parties.
