Transferred account but service provider still asking me for money.

Dear Sir, I was using TIKONA internet service one year back when i was in bangalore but before leaving bangalore i had transferred this account to my room partner and mailed all details to tikona care but my room partner has not paid the bill and Tikona has sent me demand notice saying that they will file the case in delhi court, if i not pay the amount 1914 Rs. Also, if i am not using their service then why these people are annoying me? Please guide me with this issue. Thank you,
