there is a difference in signature in self attested documents

24-Feb-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
While opening a Bank Account,a photocopy of the PAN card was submitted. The photocopy was self attested. The PAN card had an old,English signature. The new Bank account (to be opened ) was with a signature in Kannada. The Bank manager raised an objection -that the self attested photocopy of the PAN card should contain one signature which matches the one on the PAN card and another with the latest signature...,ie..,in Kannada. What is the legal position ?

As per law any person should mentain same signature for the documents if any change of signature one needs to get proper permission from the concern authority otherwise it will creat legal misconception.
