Telecom company charging extra amount what action can I take

I am charged 6335.36 by Idea Cellular Just For 4 days. I Had a plan of 199+125 booster pack.The bill cycle starts on 23 every month. This mont by 27 all free data offered under plan was used by me(1.5 GB). On 27 I changed my plan to then company by proration reduced the freebies according to 4 days and the remaing data used by me, they charged at base rate resulting in amount of 6335.36 and there immediately they discontinued my connection and demanded interim payment. So my question is that anything i buyed for 199+125 can at later stage will cost me Rs-6335.36 is it lawful?
Dear user I can understand your problem, these kinds of problems are faced by many. Have you maid a complaint regarding this with your idea customer care if not than first talk to your customer care and register your complaint or register your complaint on there website. If you are still not satisfied by there response then you can refer ur complaint to Nodal Officer Idea You can get the contact no of your area from the website. if than also ur problem is not solved and the company still fails to tell you why they are charging like this then u can register ur complaint with National Consumer Helpline and can also file your case with consumer court with the help of any good lawyer

Dear sir,
You can send them a notice, however it won't effect them as a company as such.your last resort will be to file a complaint wherein you can show that disconnection has resulted in loss of business due to their deficient services.
