Tata Docomo charging extra for internet connection what to do

Hello Sir, I got a call from One of the person from Delhi saying that he is Advocate from Tata Docomo and Arrest warrant is issued on my name for IPC 420 and IPC 406. He said he is in the Police station and logged a Fir and I have to be present at Police station. He forced me to pay 10,298/- rs immediately by threatening otherwise I have to face so many Legal things etc. So as a Normal and respectful Citizen with clean records till date, I was scared and have to submit that amount. The Amount that I have Payed is wrongly charged to me from TATA DOCOMO for Broadband Internet Connection which is sent for 6 months in advanced and I have already made several complaints for the same to customer care, but no solution. Suddenly today this incident happened. Also after 2-3 months TATA DOCOMO discontinued our service as well, so there is no point of paying this much of amount. So could you please suggest/provide me the solution for the above matter
you dont have to be scared of any such calls. have you received any summons from the court. until you do that you do not have to worry. secondly you can file a complaint of harassment against the company and file a case in the district commission against the charges of internet bill
