Sub Dealer Is Not Giving Any Documents Of Car So What Can I Do

I paid down payment for car purchasing to sub delar it case happens in 2012 then the delar takes all my documents and he approached Tata finance for car lone and lone passed and it tranperd to lone amount 395000 account of main delar but the down payment was not tranperd to main delar by sub delar then the main delar not deliver any documents of car also the sub diler closed his showroom and run away so didn't get any documents and car so what can I do now then the finanacer sent me arbitration notice to recover lone amount after 5 years 9 lack so don't have any document of lone agreement and the car also so I refused arbitration notice what can I do further please help me I am not able to pay that much amount because all cheated me my income is monthly 8000 so what I do all people cheated with me now the financer behind me now one option is to me that is suside.
