Sent legal notice in company but haven't received a reply what to do

i have sent a legal notice against lotus motors bhilwara regarding excess money but those party not give any reply till now.so please suggest me what i do?
IF 15 DAYS IS COMPLETED AFTER NOTICE PERIOD THAN YOU CAN FILE THE CONSUMER COMPLAINT IN DISTRICT FORUM OR CAN FORWARD THE FILE TO US. WE WILL FIGHT YOUR CASE IN DISTRICT CONSUMER FORUM OR EVEN YOU CAN FILE AN FIR WITH POLICE FOR SPEEDY REMEDY
