Seeking refund of paid admission/registration fee.

09-Mar-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
I was provisionally admitted to Bachelor in Media science course at NSHM Knowledge Campus,(affiliated to West Bengal University of Technology) Kolkata 40 days back. I went for admissions and eventually paid Rs.40,000/- towards admission/registration fee. But now I do not want to continue my studies for my personal reasons. I now want to seek refund of the whole fee which I paid towards my admission. I have already sent request twice but to no avail, as the institute did not responded to any of my letters yet although I warned them that in case I am not refunded I shall move to seek legal help.

1. Mere sending of letter hardly would yield desired result.
2. You have to seek relief on consumer forum and then see how does they respond to your claim.
3. Do so at the earliest.
4. You will get refund as well damages and compensation.
