Retailer refuses to give Duplicate Bill

08-Apr-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
I purchased a Gift Voucher of Rs. 2000 from Zara outlet in Oberoi Mall, Goregaon (East), Mumbai. Unfortunately I lost the original bill which retailer gave me. So I requested the retailer the very next day for duplicate bill or e-bill. But retailer refuses to give me e-bill or duplicate bill. I called up their customer care landline, wrote an email, requested the store manager but no response from them. Can I file a case in Consumer Court to claim duplicate bill ?
