Regarding the cheating done by TGS how to proceed legally
22-Feb-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
I have paid 4,39000 as advance for 30X40 site at Bhagyalakshmi plots from TGS and they are suppose to give the site by January 2017 and they were unable to do the same and now they asked me to cancel it we will pay you the money in 90 working days and now they are not lifting my phone and not responding back. Please suggest me how to go foprward.

First you have to send a legal notice as soon as possible and then you should file a case against them for site or compensation of the damages and the money paid with 18% interest.
All this can be done in a consumer case and the case should be filed asap !!
