Refund of paid amount for defected item not given how to get it back

I had purchased an electronic product from YYY.com but that product found as defected so on the very next day i complaint the seller about the defect and demand for its return and after some day they pick the defected product but till now have not refunded me now but I have to do?

You need to contact and remind them again and again till you get the refund. If you still do not get it you contact any local legal expert to help you to recover by giving them a legal notice, Still if they do not pay you may file a case in consumer court and will certainly get it back if the company is live.

file a case in consumer forum against the company with all related proofs and they will hear you and you will get your refund there but kindly go through the refund policy of the company first before filing.
