Refund of fees from private coaching institute if classes not attended

I have paid some amount in a coaching institute in delhi. The institute manager handed the fee reciept over the reciept it was written that fee is not refundable at any circumstances and they asked for our sign. I signed it believing that it is the proof reciept that i have paid the money unconcious of non refundable thing. I have not attended any coaching classes. I want my whole money back. How can i claim for money please guide i am a student not from wealthy family to heir a lawyer. please respond asap. regards
You need to send a legal notice through an advocate here by informing them due to the lack of providing services of coaching they shall return you amount. So a legal notice is the first step. Consult an advocate

You have to send full brochure where the clause of fees has been specified. In many cases some part of fee is refundable and some non refundable.
In your case you told that you paid some amount of money under non refundable receipt. In such case it cannot refunded. However if you can send brochure them it may help subject to clauses mentioned therein.
