Recovery agents harassing me for credit card dues what action to take?

Dear sir, I am having Hdfc credit card and I am default from past 6 months and I have used amount in the card before 2 to 3 years and I was just paying minimum amount dues from past 2 years now from past 6 months I was unable to make payments and now recovery guys are calling me and using abbusive language please guide me and I have voice recordings of collection agents.

For now you can file a complaint with the bank about the fact that you were harassed by the recovery agents of the bank in illegal manner and also simultaneously approach the bank for restructuring your loan/remaining dues.
Regarding the complaint if bank does not take any action you can approach the Banking ombudsman.
You may inform us of your action and we can suggest further recourse if you the above remedies do not work for you.
