Receving calls from number stating Idea has filed a case. No response.

I had a number with Idea which was port to Vodafone, after that there was existing plan and without informing me they changed my plan and started charging me per day. I paid few days back and started harassing me and started calling me clients and friends. They are constantly harassing me. Idea customer care said they are not doing anything like that. What can i do against them?
First you file a complaint against them in their own customer care and complaint portal and by hand at your nearest center. Then file a complaint before TRAI and district consumer forum and asked for damages.
