Received challan on wrong report file by an employee by BSES

I'm living in chitle qabar sir bses some offer come my home load checking I'm coprate all offer in his work but he was wrong report file and show my load very high and he is shot video clip in street and saying this wire is going your flat and chalene sent via speed post I'm pay bill regularly before due date bses reading offer set monthly 500 rs set and all of area use ac hiter fully use all lodge guest houses use ac all room but fier person was use honestly so system is not happy please sir given advise I'm strong legal fight croptrd system ple given advise
