Query regarding Name of Respondent
23-May-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
Respected Lawyer, I have filed a Plaint against Dr.lal path labs Pvt Ltd.This is a very famous Pathological lab Through out India.But It gave me a wrong blood report. Hence being aggrieved I filed the Plain in District Consumer Court. But in their WS THEY object that The respondent must be specific...It should not be what I have written I.e_- In charge Dr lal Path Lab...so my question is what should be the name.
You should file the said complaint in the consumer redressal forum, in the name of the proprietor of the said Pathology Lab.
