You shall first serve upon them a legal notice asking for your phone in proper working condition or a new phone along with compensation for harassment caused. In case they don't respont to your notice, file a complaint in consumer forum alleging deficiency in service.

You can file a consumer case against the manufacturer and their authorised seller who sold you the phone. Since its Moto X play I guess Flipkart will be the authorised agent. So you can file a case against both of them for manufacturing defect and lack of service

You have file the consumer case against the company and the company has repair it or change it in the new one and the court has also orderd to refund the said amount along with compensation and litigation fees while passing the award.
