Property papers not provided for finance as per agreement

I had done an agreement to purchase a residential plot. The bank requires power of attorny copy through whom the company purchase the land. But they are refusing to provide. The agreement is about to expire. They are also assuring me now that i can take my advance money back but it takes 1 month. So what i need to do now. The agreement is expiring on 2 august 2016.
