Property improperly built and no maintenance, how to sue the builders

27-Mar-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
I bought a villa in Ansal Mittal Township, Bathinda which happens to be my hometown. I live in Gurgaon and invested every single penny of my inheritance money in that property. I have been jobless for years after loosing my job in June 2009 and I have been waiting for this inheritance money from my early childhood as I have seen very bad days in my life due to all sort of chaos at home and terrorism in Punjab. Now, when I am still looking for a job and I don't have any rent coming from the property but it's window is falling, it's gate is getting dismantled and as the Mittal group contractors have used little cement, the curtain rods have also fallen after the tube rod due to simple law of Science as the sand made walls can't hold them firm. I want to send the Mittal Infrastructure group a legal notice and involve the media and government too as I need a huge compensation plus my complete money back. Please help me out. I took the possession in May 2012 and that too when they lied.

Hi,
As the fact stood by u above it is clearly undertandable that there is much deficiency taken on the part of developer or contarcter of mittal in building the infrastructure which makes you very much eligible for compensation and final payment to be revert.
New real estate act is not merely toothless tiger. I am advocate practicing in ludhiana courts.
You can call upon a legal notice to the above said people and have to file a consumer case against these developing mafia.
As the said flat is demolishing now and you have come to know that it was not prepared with adequate material and hence is not perfect for human living is itself a specified and hard ground to press a suit against those.
If you like my response kindly rate me.
You can contact me anytime for the same.

Please consult a competitive consumer specialist advocate for this. Also, hurry up, as the limitation might stop you from taking the relief. Depending upon the amount of your Villa, you have to file the case in National Commission or State Commission. The case is all about proving they are deficient in services as promised in the agreement. And sorry to hear about your state of affairs.
