Kent RO Systems Ltd. Customer care off.A-2,Sector-59,NOIDA U.P.-201 309 .Our UNIT SL NO. KA070 505754 Through: MS.Axis Exim Pvt.Ltd.Kolkata. Our This KENT RO machine out of order since last five months. Several Complain lodged but No body is coming to solve the Problem.Kindly advice what to do .
You can proceed with a Legal Notice demanding refund of amount paid and compensation. In case the company fails to take remeial steps within a month from delivery of Legal Notice, you can file a consumer complaint in the Consumer Redressal District Forum.
