Procedure for Amendment in compensation value in consumer case

I have lodge a case in UP SCDRC for Medical Negligence about 1 Crore Rs, But I want to increase this amount therefore, How Can I go to NCDRC ? Please explain me the procedure. Thanking you
Please write down full details about your case....if you file your case during your medical treatment then you can increase your compensation amount. If you filed your complaint after your medical treatment done and no other treatments have done after or during the trial of your complaint you can't increased compensation amount.

Consumer protection act provides for maximum of rupees one crore claim at state forum and more then one crore could be filed at national forum ,as you already know after 2002 fees had been prescribed for claiming compensation at various forums .You can amend your plaint and file fresh plaint at national forum with required fees .
