Previous company not paying salay PF and variable pay how to get it

I worked 1 year in my previous company, but the didn't give my last 3 months salary, 1 year variable salary and didn't deposit 1 year PF. From last 7 months I have been requesting them. Simply they are saying 'next month we will process your salary' like that. I hade may conversations with them by phone (recorded), face to face and emails. Up to 4 months I have received response from them. But from last 3 months no response from them. I have all the documents like appointment letter, pay slips, reliving letter, service letter and salary due letter ...etc . Nearly 1.8 Lak I suppose to get from my previous company. How can I claim it?
It is understandable that inspite of your request they are not paying your salary dues goes to show that they dont seem to be budging to your request and you will have to issue a legal notice demanding your salary arrears .

First you issue a legal notice to your company to comply by contacting any advocate and they have to reply within 30 days if they fail to reply or deny your claims through their reply then you have to file suit to recover your amount from them by going to the court. Hence, contact any advocate to take legal action.
